We all need someone who gives us the courage, strength, guidance, and support to get through challenges in life. Someone who we can connect with, who we can trust, who can identify with our needs, in a safe place. Each day I am blessed to be able to be that someone for children, adolescents, parents, women, and families. I walk with you and work through those challenges which can be so scary and overwhelming. I am committed to work with you utilizing a Christian, strength-based approach to provide growth and positive change. I am passionate about empowering individuals with the tools they need to improve their overall quality life.

My ultimate goal in providing therapy is to provide you with the skills and techniques that is needed for you to be a conqueror and a survivor. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and women who suffer from prenatal and post-partum mood disorders. I have experience in treating depression, self-harm, anxiety, parenting, grief and other areas.

I have many years working with youth and adults and am able to build rapport, connect and support. I am certified as a provider for women who suffer from prenatal and post-partum mood disorders as well as I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist II. I am ready and willing to work with you and will be committed to being that support system that you need.

Anger Management

The Anger Management group provides court approved Anger Management Classes that last for 12-26 weeks to court mandated and other individuals who need this group.

Prenatal/Post-Partum

The Prenatal/Post-Partum group provides support to mothers during this period in their life to address the challenges and joys of motherhood, as well as provide a supportive, safe environment to express feelings, fears and experiences with other mothers who are experiencing the same issues and need support.

Workshops, Trainings, and Public Speaking Engagements

I offer training and workshops on several topic areas and am very passionate on topics that provides education, and promotes empowerment, and motivation to women and youth that will improve their overall quality of life.
