Each day I am blessed to be able to be that someone for children, adolescents, parents, women, and families. I walk alongside you and work through those challenges which can be so scary and overwhelming. I am committed to work with you utilizing a Christian, strength-based approach to provide growth and positive change. I am passionate about empowering you with the tools you need to improve your overall quality of life, and embrace your healing journey.
As a trauma therapist, my ultimate goal in providing therapy is to provide you with the skills and techniques that are needed for you to move from a place of thriving to surviving. I specialize in working with all people who experience a host of mental health symptoms (trauma, depression, anxiety, family issues, relationship issues, work issues, grief and loss, and so much more.)
I have many years working with youth, and adults and am able to build rapport, connect and support. I am a certified Trauma Therapist, a provider for women who suffer from prenatal and post-partum mood disorders as well as I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist II, and the author of Your Story Does Not Define You, A Healing Journey From Trauma Through Expression and Self-Affirmation. I am ready and willing to work with you and will be committed to being that support system that you need.
We offer treatment in the form of
individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy.

Ages 10 and up.
Our Support Groups
The Anger Management group provides court approved Anger Management Classes that last for 10 – 12 weeks to court mandated and other individuals who need this group.
Trauma Healing Circle
This 6-week healing circle is offered to Women and Men at different times. It focuses on learning how to identify your trauma, process it, and begin your healing journey, with the support of the facilitator and others in the circle who can identify with your story as they have a story too.Your story does not define you.
Workshops, Trainings, and Public Speaking Engagements
I offer training and workshops on several topic areas and am very passionate on topics that provides education, and promotes empowerment, and motivation to women and youth that will improve their overall quality of life.
